  1. With the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus Acute Respiratory Disease (nCOV ARD), all government offices are required to implement contingency measures for its containment and neutralization.
  2. In this regard issuance of Certification,Authentication and Verification (CAY) shall only be done on Tuesdays and Thursdays, until further notice.
  3. All other transactions being requested in this office shall only be transacted by the designated Schools Division Office Liaison
  4. For wide and immediate dissemination.
