Cassion, MD,MPH ,CESO IV, Director IV, Department of Health dated October 19, 2020  regarding the Department  of Health Central Luzon Center for Health Development Regional Voluntary Blood Services Program invitation to DepEd Regional personnel to participate in the Inter-Agency  Blood  Olympics 2020 Mobile Blood Donation  (MBD)  on November 23   to   25,   2020   at   the   211d    floor   of   the   Regional   Blood   Center   Building, Department  of Health , Maimpis , City of  San Fen1ando , Pampanga.
