  1. The Chief of  the  Curriculum  Learning and Management  Division  (CLMD)  is vacant effective January 1, 2020 due to t he retirement of Dr. Elizabeth M. Perfecto.
  2. In this  connection ,    Dr. Librada  M.  Rubio,  Education  Program  Supervisor  is  now designated Officer-In-Charge a· the said division and she will act on all communications and  official  transactions  pertaining  curriculum  and  learning  management  with  full responsibilities and accountabilities of the Chief of Division,
