As stipulated in DepEd Order 83, s.2012 reflecting the framework and assessment process of an effective School-Based Management (SBM), the assessment of the school’s level of practice starts in evaluating the truthfulness or validity of the evidences/ documents which are the artifacts used by the school community in achieving educational goals.
