The Schools Division Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division will celebrate the Observance of Filipino Values Month this November pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 479 dated October 4, 1994 , DepEd Memorandum No. 177, s. 2017 and Regional Memorandum No.171, s. 2109. The celebration aims to strengthen the Filipino culture, values and ideas that are Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan at Makabansa. Furthermore, the celebration hopes to
mobilize all Filipinos for nation building through the practical exercise of human values in daily lives as citizens, and to awaken all of the power of these values and ideals in achieving the individual and national goals.
