Pursuant to the Regional Memorandum 152,s.2020, the Division of Science City of Munoz thru the Schools Governance and Operations Division- Human Resource and Development and School Health and Nutrition Section will be conducting an online survey among its SDO persol}nel on the impact of the COVID- 19 Situation on the psychosocial aspect to assess mental health status of personnel including the safety and stability of the physical , psychological and social working environment in facing the new normal.
