As an added provision of Division Memorandum No. 2, s. 2021 entitled “Recruitment, Selection and Hiring of Qualified Teacher Applicants for School Year 2021-2022”, applicants with newly gained teaching services whether as a substitute teacher or as private school teacher may update their points by submitting Service Record / Employment Certificate duly signed by authorized official.
