  1. In reference to the status report of DepEd Central Office as of October 20, 2020 on the actual enrollment in the Learner Information System for Beginning of School Year (LIS BOSY) 2020-2021 parallel to the Learner Enrollment Survey Form (LESF) tagging as of August 24,
  2. The Division of Science City of Munoz has an actual enrollment of 8,428 learners out of 19,428 with an equivalent of 43.2% in the system. Due to the low turnouts of enrollment of our Division registered in the LIS BOSY, this office requested all schools to fast track the enrollment encoding until October 23,
