In consonance with DepEd Order no.10, s.2016 on the policy and guidelines for the Comprehensive Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Schools (WINS) Program, all Public Elementary and Secondary Schools are hereby directed to conduct online baseline encoding of their respective school’s WINS status and self- rating using the three star approach and recognition system during the month of March.
