- Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 169, s. 2018 entitled Implementation of the Grade 12 Career Guidance Modules, all Secondary Schools in the Division of Science City of Munoz are hereby directed to use the Grade 11 and 12 Career Guidance Modules following the schedule attached herewith for School Year 2019-2020.
- Class advisers shall deliver four modules each semester. Modules 1 to 4 for the first semester and Modules 5 to B for second semester. In case of unanticipated events, the adviser has the leeway on the schedule of the conduct of the modules. In case of having different advisers far the first and second semesters, close coordination between advisers shall be done.
- School Guidance Advocates shall accomplish the Career Guidance Module Monitoring Form (1 set for Grade 11 module and 1 set for Grade 12 module per school) and Activity Completion Report with attendance and documentation. The report shall be submitted to the Division Youth Formation Coordinator at the Office of the School Governance and Operations Division for consolidation.
